The chime is loud enough for me to hear even from inside a room. It detects visitors at the door right away and sends alerts to my phone. The video quality is very clear, which I love. Since I bought it, I’ve only had to charge it once, and the battery life is impressive, so I don't have to worry about frequent recharges.
