This is a great fit for my ring doorbell gen 2. It comes with foam pieces that can give your ring a nice, snug fit in its new home. In the pictures you can see how I placed the foam. Thin pieces on the sides and bottom and thick pieces on top and back. Also if you do this and cut out a small foam piece on the back, the charging port is open for easy charging. If you are concerned about water getting in the back, then I would not cut the foam around the charging port so it stays covered. It is easy to install. So this is 2nd one , we bought a diff brand but the screw thingie change in shape and we werent able yo unscrew . We had yo use the drill to take ring out . This Just seem sturdier.
