Works Well. Finger Print Sensor is quite accurate and responsive got to get used to the way you lock it. as the display turns off and you have to press the hash symbol at the end. Worked great for an entire year, and then it suddenly died and it is beyond repair. Despite placing fresh batteries, it is completely unresponsive and dead. I think a door handle should last more than one year.

    • Worth the price
Took a bit to learn them and it’s only good for finger prints. Had to buy a gateway which I didn’t know I needed to open doors and monitor while not home. Still learning them but I like them.

Pros Easy to use app Can unlock via finger print biometric, number key code, physical key, or app Good detail colored installation direction booklet Price is fair Cons Finger print/combo code does not work 40% of the time. Need to keep trying or program multiple fingers and hope one of those stored biometric finger prints works The key used is easily picked if you know how to pick locks Poor design/design flaw and difficult to change battery. Need to use Allen wrench to loosen screw which is located on inside part of handle. Could have designed removal of battery cover much simpler. The media could not be loaded. Easy install When putting it in door make sure it’s all lined up and I only had a problem when I put it on pass mode I had to reset it make a new account but others than that no problems perfect foe keeping ppl out

    • Great product but don’t work with WiFi by its self
Love this and wasn’t bad to install (need 2 people though) but it done by connection to WiFi like listed. To connect to WiFi I have to but another $40 part. So mad to have bough this at $70 only to have to but another part if I knew I would have bought another brand that had it built in or including (would have been cheaper) god buy if you don’t need the WiFi connection! ... show more

Overall it is a great lock only issue I have is i try to keep the lock open from Nine to five and it won’t use the unlock feature unless you are near it with Bluetooth you cannot do it through Wi-Fi
