I bought this heat press almost two years ago and have been super happy with its performance…until a few nights ago when I pressed the handle down and it snapped! I was shocked when it happened and disappointed that it only happened less than two years after purchasing but it I took a couple pictures and messaged the seller to see if there was anything to be done. here is why i like these cheaper models compared to the over priced flashy machines. this is basic. no bells whistles or makeup on it to make look fancy. it works. easy to use. lot of ways to modify it and make it work. i was going to find and order the 15" or larger work areas and make a mount on a desk so i can swap out things faster and easier and be a perm spot. ... show more

Only real issue is the directions that comes with it on how to use it need to be more clear. It doesn't explain what each settings is for. It also only gives you a standard temperature and time for what you are pressing on to. Doesn't give you different times or temps for different type of material being used. The packaging was well done and everything was undamaged in shipping. The heat control unit is not the same as pictured, however it is easy to use even though it fits loosely in the holder. This is okay by me because when I press mugs, i remove it from the main press and set it on the workbench next to the mug press. I was taken back that the mug attachment screws are very short and do not pass through the bracket which makes the mug attachments loose in the mug press. The swivel post is very loose fit and does wobble some. Overall I do like the press and it does suit my needs as a hobbyist. If I were to go into a home production I would opt for a more quality type of press. ... show more

I purchased this press last November and it works great. I love all the attachment options. However, recently my control box stopped working. I contacted the shop and they immediately sent me a new box at no cost to be. Fantastic customer service!

I bought this machine two years ago. I use it purely as a hobby and not a business, so it does not get a lot of use. It simply didn’t turn on one day. I tried several different plugins, checked the power cord that goes in the back of the control box and even changed the fuse located in the power cord plugin on the back of the control box. I reached out to the company to see if they had any suggestions and I got one response asking me to take a picture of the item and they would see about sending me a new control box. I’ve done as they asked and have not heard back from them in over a week, although the first response was within 12 hours of the initial inquiry, I guess that is probably all they have to do to keep up the good marks with Amazon. I sent a follow up, asking them to please update me and still no response. Poor customer service. ... show more

It Was good till I hit my 4th shirt in a 10 shirt order and then it would no longer get hot. The little pamphlet said relay or hot plate failure check wires. I was responded to quickly and I returned it within 25 days. I was excited and then sad with the product.
