We bought 3 of these for 3 sets of our parents and it was a super loved gift! My mom is in love with it, and if you upgrade to the plus it stores SO MANY photos and videos. It’s so fun and the whole family can upload photos. Screen quality is amazing. Set up wasn’t that hard, but if you don’t know how to use a smart phone it’ll be a pain. The app has a couple small bugs (invitations only send you to the play store to download the app and finding loved ones can be a bit hit and miss) but the execution is great. My family is really enjoying shooting family pictures (and the occasional funny meme) to each other. The digital frame overall is a great product, came exactly how it was supposed to color and dimension wise, and it is very user friendly in regards to the app and uploading. You can adjust most of the features, such as brightness and cycling speed, without having to upgrade to their premium app. However, I’ve had a few small issues with the frame. Firstly, the sleep mode feature isn’t full proof. I have it set from 10:45pm-7:45am, and it worked well for about a week, turning the frame off at night and back on in the morning automatically as indicated. But, twice, at random, it has stayed on and bypassed the sleep mode, which I’ve then had to go in and resave the parameters. My other issues is that sometimes when cycling between photos, it glitches. Nothing major, just feels like it should be smoother for the price you’re paying, but if you’re not watching it cycle then you probably won’t notice it.
