Bought this for my mother for Christmas and she loves the frame. I found the setup very easy -- connect to wifi, download the app, create an account and boom, all set. I would send her pictures from my boys' soccer and baseball games, birthday parties, etc. She loves getting new pictures and the frame looks nice on her countertop. Unfortunately, after less than two months it just stopped work. Nothing, no power. Out of nowhere. I will give the company credit, after talking to Amazon support and finding the frame was still under warranty, they did send me a new one immediately. I had to go through the process of re-sending all the photos from her old one to the new one. A bit of a pain for sure, but I appreciate their prompt resolution. Can possibly avoid that by saving the pictures to a usb drive, but who wants to do that? I bought it for the wifi component and time savings. Hopefully the second unit lasts longer. If it does, I'd give it five stars for the ease of use and picture quality. But I'm holding my breath because it doesn't feel like the sturdiest unit ever built by any means. ... show more

App to load pictures is very easy to use. Easy to add multiple people to share pictures. Picture orientations can be changed just from rotating the frame. Notifications when a new photo is shared which is an ideal sound/level to not be distracting. Videos can also be sent to frame. Highly recommend

The picture on the screen and the looks of the frame are great. The ease of use etc is ok. I was spoiled by having a Aura, this is definitely not that quality. The reason I knocked it a star is the app. It only allows you to add 10 photos at a time. If you'er scrolling through a few thousand pictures on your phone, adding 10 at a time and getting back to where you were is quite daunting. ... show more
