Edit: After contacting the company, they did send a replacement for the picture frame that stopped working. So far, no issues with the new one. Frame worked great for a while, but after 6 months it got stuck on a black screen that says “Rockchip”. We’ve had no luck resetting or restarting it. We also have been unable to contact the company in any way for help or replacement. ... show more

I’m absolutely thrilled with this digital photo frame! I ended up purchasing both the 16-inch and 10-inch models. The 16-inch is perfect for a wall, while the 10-inch is ideal for a nightstand or shelf. User-Friendly Experience Setting up the frame is a breeze. Simply download the app, upload your photos, and they'll automatically appear on the frame. The touchscreen interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. You can even schedule automatic on/off times and set up a cloud backup (though a subscription is required). Reliable Customer Service When I encountered an issue, customer service was incredibly responsive and helpful. They quickly resolved the problem, and I was able to transfer photos to a new frame using a flash drive. I highly recommend using a flash drive for additional storage and as a backup. Cloud backup is available for a subscription, but if you have the USB connected, you don't need it. Exceptional Picture Quality The picture quality is stunning, and the frame's ability to share a link for multiple contributors is a fantastic feature. I've experienced no memory issues, even with a large number of photos. Overall, this digital photo frame is an excellent choice and is a good value for the money.
