These adjustable Dumbbells are just what I was looking for. They are easy to assemble and I like the connecting bar. The kettle ball handle is a great addition and great for arm muscle power training. I also like the handles for doing pushups. I like the handle grip idea for pushups. The dumbbells are really nicely made and I have not had any problems with their use. I bought the 70lb version and it’s just right for the type of exercise I do. I also like the comfortable foam grips. This is especially nice when doing overhead pushups when you want to rest them on your shoulders and for squats. I bought this weight set for a starter pack as I wanted to work out at home in my apartment but I don't have that much room. So far the weights have been very good for everything I have wanted to do. The safety screws have not backed off during exercise and I love having the options to easily change weight with the 2.5, 3.5, 4.5 and 6.5 lb options. The addition of the kettle bell option is also a very good value, although I do wish that it came with two kettle bell shafts so you could have two set up at once for farmer carries. Overall a very good value, I will probably expand it in the future but I highly recommend for a beginner set. Also does not have a strong plastic smell that some products like this tend to have, not noticeable at all. ... show more
