I was excited for this pillow and understood it would take time to fully fluff up. But when it was still flat as paper with hard lumps after 72 hours, I thought surely this was a joke. I received it several days ago and have had it set aside to allow time to fluff up, but it seems that no amount of time will be enough to allow it to reach its expected fluffiness. If your pillow is lumpy throw it in the dryer for 5-10 minutes. It will fluff right up and be comfortable. It also says on the papers that come with it to put it in the dryer. The heat will help expand the memory foam. Overall a good pillow!

My buddy had this pillow on our last hunting trip. I really liked the medium firmness it had so I ordered my own. It has relieved my neck pain! Also I have been waking up in the same position as when I fell asleep where as I normally toss and turn throughout the night. So glad I bought this product!

Sadly I thought this pillow was going to be like my last bamboo pillow but it was terrible. I had to take out so much stuffing because it was so overfull and it just made it worse. Very uncomfortable and gave it a try for multiple nights and didn’t work out for me. I know pillows are relative to whoever is sleeping on them but this one was just not comfortable at all. I wished the stuffing was softer? Or just moved better. Way too firm for me personally. You also don’t have a way to close the pillow back up after taking the stuffing out so that was awful to deal with. ... show more
