I saved quite a bit purchasing this item refurbished. It did not come with the measuring cup to use to add water, but these days,, who does not already have a cup with a pour spout that can do the same job so no big deal. There is a bit of a learning curve when operating this item. If you have ever used a floor buffer you will understand how to use this, it tends to pull in one direction or the other depending on how you are holding the handle. Once you figure that out its great, but I did suck the cord up into a tangled mess a couple times in the beginning because it got too close and I didnt know how to control it yet. Also, there is not a stop button on the machine. Once you push the handle down in to operation mode the floor scrubbers do not stop moving until you quickly snap it back up into standing position, it is quite awkward especially if you need to stop in a hurry. Again, once you know how to use it it is better. Does steam really quickly after turning on and does a pretty good job cleaning too, I like not having to use a bunch of chemicals to clean. ... show more

I really like this steam mop because the heads spin, I just hope it holds up better than the older version I had. I have the Vac then Steam mop, and I bought two. One stopped working within 6 months, but my cleaning help didn’t tell me, so I couldn’t use the warranty. The other one lasted longer, but less than two years. This is the second type of floor cleaning system that had the first one was just a straight steamer this one with it being a circular scrubber and steamer. It makes it A much better product. I highly recommend this and would purchase it again. Do the ease of use and lightweight.

First, the cons: This wonderland of mopping magic only lasted for six months or less. It's so awesome it's almost worth it anyway, but I'm pretty disappointed. Also, the pads started to struggle to stick after about 3 months & I was planning to replace them soon. I did the research. Asked friends. This IS the steam mop. I hate mopping, but this makes it fun! My house is almost all tile or laminate, and this tool was my favorite toy. Visible steam, wet tracks on the floor that dry so fast, a clean smell afterwards with no chemicals to hurt baby, brushes that scrub so I don't have to. Cord long enough to reach, but not so long it's a pain. Tank holds just enough water, extra set of pads means I can do the whole house at one time. Not too heavy, GLIDES across the floor, looks professional. Sometimes streaks, but that just means you need to clean again- do it more often, don't blame the mop for your dirt 😂 pads wash well & stick on easily. ... show more
