I’ve worn it short for a couple of years & now I’ve decided to grow it out. It was taking forever to air dry & was getting frizzy. It took me less than 10 minutes to diffuse my hair & I love the shine. It is a little noisy but not too unbearable. It can be a little heavy with the diffuser attachment but it’s very manageable. I love this for my thick wavy hair- I can diffuse and have dry hair without losing all the curl, and style smooth waves when I want to do that. A little heavy, but I love the controls, diffuser, heat/air level selections, and cool shot features.

I don't tend to buy used stuff, but after all the positive reviews, I could pass it up anymore. I love how much faster my curly hair dries using this dryer with diffuser. I also purchased the insurance for piece of mind. I couldn't afford the Dyson so this was a great alternative. I saw reviews about how loud it is .....not sure why. It's actually quieter than my cheaper hair dryer. I can actually have a conversation with my daughter while drying her hair. It is a little heavier than my cheaper dryer, and the cord is hefty, but that's not a problem, since I spend less time holding it, cuz it dries hair faster. ***UPDATE*** Nov 11, 2024.     • Just a great product!
This was a refurbished blow dryer, thus cheaper. It is just wonderful! I have curly hair and need just warm air. My previous dryer diffuser head would pop off often. This one has never fallen off. It is a little heavy, but it works just great!

This is the worst blow dryer I have ever had. I’m almost 50 years old so I’ve had quite a few hair dryers in my lifetime. This is the worst! It is very loud. I could get past the noise if it wasn’t such an awful hair dryer. The vent in the back needs to be cleaned often. This is no different from any of the other dryers I’ve had. However, even when it’s clean and clear the dryer still stops working randomly. It takes forever for it to turn back on. I told my sister to buy it when I first got it because I liked it at first. She had the exact same problem. She ended up returning it and getting another one. She had the same problem. Do not waste your money. You’re better off letting your hair air dry. Less frustrating. The dryer is heavier than any I have owned but not unmanageable. The only sound is the air blowing so not too loud. It dried my hair so quickly and left it really soft. This took a very long time to deliver so it was NOT prime delivery. Worth the wait and do recommend!!

The media could not be loaded. I was in need of a new hair dryer and while I was initially nervous to purchase a refurbished one, I’m glad I did. The power on this thing is crazy good. I have naturally curly hair and the diffuser attachment is great, I can use the high speed, which puts out some serious power, and have no issues with frizz or loss of curl pattern. It sounds about the same as my old hairdryer on high, but the low and medium setting is quite quiet. I have long hair and it takes about 15 minutes for me to diffuse it instead of the 30 it took previously. The styling brush tool is great, and I love that they are magnetic. I don’t find it to be too heavy, and while it does have some weight on it I’ll take the speed and power over a few extra ounces of weight any day of the week. ... show more

Incredibly pleased with the speed at which this dries my hair. I use the diffuser, which has two settings. My hair has always taken forever to dry. Now it takes 4-5 minutes tops. I have shoulder length curly hair and this dries every single curl. I tried the brush attachment one day. It took under 8 minutes to dry it straight. That is faster and straighter than I'd usually experience with my old blowdryer. The sound is reduced, which is a plus. If you're on the fence about this purchase, know that it's worth it!
