I love this pan. It is deep enough to make large one-pan meals. I can cook up the meat, sauté the veggies, add the fluids, and let it simmer. Afterward, it is a cinch to clean - even dried-on food will slide off when I wash it. The pan distributes heat evenly so that I don't have to have my burner up past medium-high. I also do not need to use as much oil or cooking spray with this pan, since the food doesn't really stick to it. I love that this pan is easy to clean and can be washed in the dishwasher. I have several Scanpans and they can't be washed in the dishwasher so it's always a fight about who will do the handwashing. We've had this pan for about four months and use it nearly every night. I haven't had any trouble with food sticking. I've made everything from burgers to veggies, chili to curries in it. The one thing to be careful of if you have a gas stove is to prevent any part of the handle from getting near the flame. In the early days, I kept smelling a burning plastic-like smell until I realize the flame was a bit too high and was nipping at the bottom of the handle. Some of the reviews talk about the handle getting loose. This is strange because the pan comes with a screwdriver so if by chance the screw does get loose you can easily tighten it up. It only happened to us in the first week when I probably didn't tighten it down enough. I'm very happy with this pan and would recommend it for everyday use to anyone. ... show more

Something to keep in mind about this pan. It can’t be used in high heat. The max is 250f. I fried bacon, and the bacon turned out perfect, not floppy, but not over cooked. Clean up was a cinch.

I absolutely love this pan. Non stick! Sauce didn’t stick to pan(I got the white). Cleaned beautifully! It says you can put in dishwasher but I hand washed it and it was super easy. My dream pan. I ordered a few more in different sizes. Can’t wait for more.
