    • Great customer service and my boys took to it right away
It's been a few days so here I am to review! I recently moved into my parents home as they are both sick and need help with every day life. They have a cat and so do I, so I thought it would be a great idea to get a self cleaning litter box, you know, to save time and whatnot. I spent quite a bit of time researching options and landed on this one. I had updated my address with Amazon but it didn't update the default and ended up going to my old house. I contacted customer service and they were quick to get back to me. They tried to contact FedEx to change the address. They offered ideas. They were really great. I ended up being able to send someone out to get it because it came much quicker than the given delivery date. I was expecting it in a week and it came in 2 days! It all worked out! The box was very easy to set up. It comes fully assembled. You just need to remove the tape inside for the moving parts, add litter, and plug it in. That's it. Super simple. I connected it to Wi-Fi and got the app, also pretty simple. I set it up to receive notifications on when the boys used it for the first few days and man, they didn't disappoint. They really like it. I was worried about the little boy because he's a little skittish but he's fine with it. Cleaning is a breeze. The barrel rolls over and sometimes you'll get a piece here or there that catches but a swipe with a paper towel around the inside between more detailed cleanings it really all you need. I could probably use a Swiffer duster handle to make it easier. I'll probably try that. It's really quiet. You can definitely hear it but it's not loud at all. No smells. It has a deodorizing feature. I couldn't tell you if that's actually happening or not but there are no smells so I'd guess it's working. I haven't scooped at all since starting this thing up. It's been lovely. I was initially worried about it's size. My cat is around 12 pounds and the little one is around 8. Mine, the big one, is very long and tall. Turns out he fits fine in there.     • A Game-Changer for Multi-Cat Households
As a proud owner of two cats, finding an effective litter box solution has always been a challenge. This litter box is incredibly efficient and user-friendly. All two of my cats took to it immediately, which was a huge relief! The automatic cleaning feature ensures that the litter is always fresh and clean, significantly reducing odors and saving me time. The design is sleek and fits well in my home, and the noise level is minimal, so it doesn't disturb my cats or me.My only concern is the bottom of the barrel is rubber, I am afraid my kitten will rip it. So far so good. Other customers stated it scared their cat, my kitten loves it. It's slow and quiet and my kitten seems to be possessive with it. He will not let the dog near it. Despite it being set up correctly, has Malfunctioned three times. A refund was issued, however I had to pay over $100 to ship it back .

It has only been less than a week of use but my new kitten is enjoying their litter box and I'm enjoying zero smell and no cleaning. It was easy to set up and has been working as advertised. The mat that comes with it is excellent to as it has deep honeycombs to trap the litter and keeps the area tidy. I think this was a really good buy and would recommend. ... show more

Works well. Cats took very well to it. Just make sure you get proper cat liter for it so it works good. I love it. Life is good not having to clean the liter box by hand anymore. Has directions and are easy to understand. It’s super hard to get out of the box because it’s very well protected by styrofoam. Cats like it and I love it. Worth the money ... show more

    • Lousy instructions.
The instructions that come with this expensive gadget are not sufficient for users. There is no info on how to properly replace the bags, or on how to clean the unit. The little guard rail came off before it even had litter in it and there are no instructions on how to put it back on the unit.

I haven’t had my self-cleaning cat litter box for very long, but I’m absolutely in love with this one. My cat likes it! There’s no smell, it always appears clean and there’s minimal spread of cat litter on the floor. Huge difference from when I used regular Cat litter boxes.
