If there is better ebike for the money I haven't seen it. It has front and rear lights, fenders,rear rack, throttle,color display, and 7 speeds. I waited a month before writing this review. I now have 222 miles, and have to say it's just a great bike! It came mostly assembled and undamaged. The final price on amazon was 424.00. The media could not be loaded. this supposed to be a new bike? can't even RIDE this thing is garbage, and they want me to pay to ship it back, they send junk, and want me to pay to ship back. There's a lot to like about this bike, and LikeBike. I really wanted to love this bike's value and do a full video review of it. In the end though, I had to return it. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with the company again though if I saw something I thought would be a better fit. I bought this after experience with a different 250W BaFang powered bike, to make quick work of the large number of large hills here without sweating on the way to various meetings. Unfortunately, while this is a 350W (500W+ burst) bike and can go faster than the 250W bike could, it has far less torque and couldn't handle the hills here with me on it (185-190lbs), while the BaFang could do steeper prolonged climbs with a full trailer attached. With the Seeker being a heavy bike, but only having the 7 speed rear and limited torque, it was actually harder for me to pedal up steep hills than my normal non-electric bike, even with motor assistance. So, if you're a lightweight rider or have mostly flat surfaces, you'll probably like this bike and it is a good value at the price I paid for that. If you're a heavier rider or you have reasonable sized hills, you probably want something else. Diving into further details though, the bike arrived with a damaged box, but in good shape except for a couple missing fasteners and a spot on the front scraped. A quick spin up on the flat of my yard showed it worked, so I contacted them. LikeBike sent out paint to touch it up as well as the missing hardware, after also giving me the option to be reimbursed for getting the parts from a local shop if I didn't want to wait (Nice!). The manual doesn't cover everything, but is easy enough to follow to get to a working bike, and the videos on Amazon from LikeBike are even easier to follow. The brakes needed a slight adjustment to be true and not need the levers pressed all the way to the bar, but this is minor, easy, and a normal part of bike maintenance. The pedal assist has the common partial revolution before it kicks in, and it continues after you stop pedaling for a second or so unless you hit the brakes (which will always instantly stop the motor power, even if you're pedaling). So while it isn't invisible pedal assistance like some high end or name brand bikes that do torque sensing, it works well and is easy to get used to, especially since you can get the assistance for the initial pedal by using the throttle instead. LikeBike support, contacted through Amazon, was understanding while I worked through the hill climbing power issue. They were able to tell me that the motor on this is a 45Nm torque motor, not the 65Nm torque shown in the graphics on the other Seeker step through model. Had the motor spec here actually been 65Nm like I thought it was, I hopefully wouldn't have had the same issue, though I've also not had these issues with a 35Nm Specialized. LikeBike support also shared the max burst amperage of the controller being 15A, though I only saw 14A as displayed by the readout. After the discussion and troubleshooting, they offered to process a return, despite being outside the usual 30 days, and I received my refund after they got the bike back. So, A+ there, though I did need to disassemble and re-package the bike to send it back. The positives: Good color screen Easy to use controls, including throttle Can hit 20mph on just throttle Clean wiring Beefy frame Disc brakes (mechanical) Front suspension is better than expected (I expected to have to just lock it out, which it can do) Shimano rapid fire shift for rear 7 speed Easy water bottle mount location (though if your bottle leaked, it would do so onto the battery) Integrated but removable locking battery that doesn't rattle Fairly quiet running Bright headlight Solid rear rack Price/value proposition if it will work well for you Responsive service team Battery pack appears serviceable with screws for when it eventually needs to be rebuilt/refurbished The negatives: No front gearing It would be a slow charge time if the battery was empty (I didn't use it enough to hit this problem) Front suspension is definitely not for off road and seems like just spring and no damping, though is ok enough on most gravel/dirt roads or rail trails While the bike will top out at 20mph, even just on throttle, you can only expect this on a mostly flat surface. With minor (maybe 5°) grade I maxed out at about 10mph. With a steeper 15° grade as is common on roads here, I stalled the bike out even if I started the hill at speed, unless I was doing most of the work instead of the bike doing most of the work. ... show more

Although this item is a good quality for the price. I am very pleased with this item although it doesn't get all the advertised features such as 35 miles on a full charge with Pedal assist it gets me to work and home on a full charge which is a total of around 16 miles. The longest I've gone is 21 miles on a full charge but still was worth the cost. ... show more

I got the likebike seeker , the first bike that was delivered was stolen by someone so I contacted like bike and they immediately sent out a new one free of charge and I received it within a week and a half which I was happy about , it was 90% assembled and I YouTubed a video of how to put it together bc I’ve never put together a bike before in my life ! It took me maybe 39 minutes to put it all together ! It came partially charged and was pretty easy to figure out how to turn it on and the stuff on the display! All in all the bike is amazing I give it a 9 out of 10 but the customer service for like bike I def give a 10 !! Would def purchase from them again in the future ! ... show more
