You bought a 99 dollar chair, when office chairs are on average 200-300 dollars and you expect it to be the best quality? For 99 dollars what I received was a steal. It doesn’t creak or shake, and is very comfortable. I saw reviews saying it was stiff but it is not? Did you expect a chair to feel like couch cushions? 99 dollar chairs are not clouds. They are not spa resorts. The instructions were slightly confusing but I assembled it by myself with no help in a little over an hour. If you like mini projects this one will make you feel good to figure out. Most of these negative reviews are either dramatic or have faulty products. My only mention is that the leather has winkles in a few places it could be tighter- but it is a cheap chair. You get what you paid for and I really like mine.
