So it's my own fault for not reading, but the chair is vinyl and not fabric. I got over it pretty quick because overall it's a great chair. Easy to assemble, looks just like the picture. Super comfy and sturdy too. Wide seat to sit crossed-leg. I wish you could lower the arm rests a bit, but it's not that big of an issue. This chair is perfection for me! I love the colors, size, lumbar support, cushion/comfort, and the height of the back of the chair “headrest area” fits the base of my neck perfectly. For reference I am under 5’ tall, around 130lbs, and have severe chronic back & neck pain (been disabled for almost 22 years now so chair comfort is a big deal for me). I work from home full time, and have been sitting in this chair for 8 hours a day for a little over a month now and am very satisfied with it. The seat cushion is still just as supportive as it was on day one. I use the wheels it came with and it rolls fine on my standard height carpet. The only slight con is the height of the armrests, they are about half an inch too high (mainly because they curve in a slight rainbow type shape), but it’s not uncomfortable enough to make me unhappy or create discomfort, I don’t use the armrests all the time anyway. I love that the armrests do move up and down as it allows me to fully push the chair under my desk. I highly recommend if you are high challenged and/or if you have a bad back. ... show more

It is pretty straightforward assembly. The hardest part was balancing the arms on the base to screw in. My only difficulty was finding one piece, labeled "B" that was supposed to go onto the legs. The box arrived with a fist sized hole in the bottom and I could not find that piece anywhere so I assumed it may have fallen out the hole. I watched the video to see what exactly this piece did in case I didn't really need it. Turns out, part "B" was already on the legs, just a covering to conceal the joints on the legs. I didn't need to snap it on afterall because it was already there. Chair was purchased for my mother with arthritis. She reports it is very comfortable to sit in and she has no issues getting out of it (some chairs she needs help). She almost wants one for the dining table. ... show more

I purchased this chair because I started working from home and was borrowing my husband's gaming chair until I found something I liked. This chair was the perfect color to go with my keyboard, mouse and mousepad! I don't usually put things together myself because I'm not handy whatsoever, but my husband was at work and I was excited to see it together. It did take a bit to assemble by myself, some of the screws were a little difficult to get in properly, but I'd say the hardest part was putting the back of the chair on. I'd definitely recommend someone else helping hold it for you to be able to get the screws in easier. But it worked out, took about an hour and a half total from start of unboxing, to putting it all together (like I said I'm not handy whatsoever) but the instructions were very easy to follow and clear. I didn't have trouble figuring out how to put it together. I sat in it and OMG was not expecting it to be that comfortable!! For reference I'm 5'2 about 145 lbs so I'm pretty short and this chair felt like it was made for me. I was so used to my husband's gaming chair that had a longer seat and was wider, but due to it having a longer seat since I'm so short, I never could sit properly on it and couldn't get the back support unless I sat crisscross. This chair I can sit properly and get the back support I need, with my feet being able to touch the ground! Don't hesitate if you're thinking about getting it, it's the perfect office chair, good quality, seems like it's going to last a long time and bonus this color is super cute!! ... show more

    • Happy with this chair
First, I bought this chair because it was one of few with adjustable arms that also seemed to be built for people on the shorter end (I’m about 5’4”). Delivery was very quick, and the package was in good condition. All tools and parts were included, and the instructions *mostly* clear. The only part of the assembly that I had any trouble with was aligning the arm rest holes with the corresponding holes on the back cushion. It would have been easier with a helper. But it certainly wasn’t impossible. My only complaint, and it’s not really much of one, is that the seat doesn’t seem like it’s 100% flat - as in, it seems like I’m just ever-so-slightly leaning forward. I’ve locked the tilt mechanism, but there is still a tiny bit of forward motion if I move in the seat. It’s not significant though. I’m wondering if the big cap thingy underneath the seat, near the height adjustment tab might affect the tilt at all? But I can’t seem to loosen or tighten it, so I’m probably wrong. If I was going to be über picky, I’d wish that there was more lumbar support - or rather, that the lumbar support it does have was a few inches lower. But I’m pretty sure that’s something that would be different for everyone, so it’s not really something i can say is a problem with this chair. If it becomes an issue, I’ll add a lumbar pillow. All in all, I’m very pleased so far. I needed chair arms that could be moved out of the way since I use an antique desk and wouldn’t be able to slide the chair underneath fully otherwise. The height of the back seems just about right for me. I imagine it might be too low for someone taller, so that’s precisely what I was needing. And the price is right to boot.     • Comfortable, No Tilt Forward Feeling
I was looking for a comfortable office chair with a seat that doesn't feel like you're falling a bit forward (waterfall seat). Being on the short side, My feet touch the floor in this chair and it's very comfortable. It's easy to put together, lightweight and stable.
