So far, so good. I've only had these for a few weeks, but they do seem to be helping with some female dryness issues. I've read it can take 4-6 weeks to really notice a difference, so hopefully that will be the case. The package arrived quickly and the gels are easy to swallow.

I purchased this item because of my dry eye issues. I started taking two other supplements as well which seem to have made a huge difference so I don't need this product as anymore. In other words, I am not sure if this product would help at this time.

    • Menopausal Human Jerky No More!
I am going through menopause and I am turning into the human equivalent of beef jerky. The "relative humidity" of my entire body has gone from lush tropical rainforest to the Atacama Desert in a matter of months. The drying out effects of menopause have gotten so bad that I could barely tolerate wearing contact lenses, my skin has become ashy and rough and my dentist recommended hydrating rinses due to dry mouth. Basically, every mucous membrane in my body became parched. Not long after starting this supplement, I realized that I no longer want to claw the contact lenses out of my eyes. I no longer have cotton mouth. My skin looks better. The nether regions are more comfortable. I have always been (and will continue to be) very skeptical about the benefit of vitamins and supplements, but I was so miserable I was willing to try anything. Mid 40's, little to no menopausal symptoms BUT had noticed a change in moisture level in my kitty's house since starting an adhd medication. Started this two weeks ago, one tablet once per day (minus a couple days here and there) and holy Niagra Falls. I feel like I'm back in my 20's with my arousal level as well. Since starting, I have to indulge myself at least once a day and I've woken up a few times in the middle of the night and needed to have a second go. I am thinking about starting my s/o on this as well to keep up with me. I have not been taking it long enough to notice any difference with hair. I already had good skin texture and clarity before starting so have not noticed a positive or negative with this on that angle.     • Great supplement for Sjogren's syndrome
I discovered this supplement a couple years when researching ways to treat Sjogren's and decided to try it. I took another brand for a long time and I didn't know it was helping until I ran out. My skin was noticeably dryer, mouth more dry and joints hurt worse. I decided I would never be without this again. I recently tried this brand and so far I've liked it more. The price is better, higher concentration of the oil and I only need to take one in comparison to the two I had to take with the other brands. I think this is a great supplement for health in general but if you are specifically looking to help with Sjogren's, this is the best thing I've found. Began taking these maybe 6 weeks ago, I have noticed no difference in anything about myself. I had bought them to reduce menopausal symptoms, I had read about them on a women's blog, but these did nothing for my hot flashes. Black cohash worked wonders for hot flashes for me, however.
