I bought this product a month ago. Came with no manual. The QR CODE doesn't work. The dvr doesn't connect to the internet. Amazon said it's past the return time. That really stupid and bad business. But it's OK for me to buy not working or defected items. I've tried 5 apps and nothing. The smart things app wont even connect to it. Then the app they said to download is too old for my phone. They don't even connect to the internet wireless, otherness, or coax! This is really bad that I get to waste money. My entire home is SAMSUNG!!! ... show more

    • NVR did not see cameras
Samsung Wisenet cameras usually work well. However, this particular refurbished item had issues. The NVR setup was easy and straightforward. However, the NVR could not see any of the IP cameras, which were installed very close to the unit. After researching and spending days to get this unit working, we gave up. UPDATE April 2023: We finally got all 4 cameras connecting with the NVR. The problem was that a 'long press' to the manual pairing button was needed, and then pairing again, one by one, to the NVR via the software. This is an older camera system, and there were no written instructions. All is in working order now. ... show more

Seller did agree to return them but I'm just to busy to go to the post office. So it's taking up space and collecting dust. I would not recommend at all.
