The Futon Factory presents the comfortable 12 inch foam futon mattress featuring layers of Certi PUR-US certified foam wrapped in cotton. This is naturally breathable to reduce heat absorption and make you comfortable however you choose to relax. The medium firmness of the mattress' cloud like feel is provided by a unique layer composition of layers of foam for added support and layers of comfortable cotton batting to promote air flow for breathability. The mattress is flippable for even wear and made for comfort while sitting, laying, napping or a full night sleep. Hand-tufted and Made in the USA with a soft and durable solid color fabric cover. You can rest easy with a 1 year warranty and easy care fabric. To care for product you can spot clean as needed. The futon is a Twin Size 75" x 39", Full Size 75" x 54", Queen Size 80" x 60". Frame not included.

I don’t like that all tufted areas are showing white thread and not black like it shows in advertisement and loose threads I may be sending it back and I noticed the foam part is not exactly like pictured in advertisement online it’s just batting on spring coils with half inch foam and not the egg carton foam as advertised I will be sending back. Purchased for my son. He would have continued to use his previous mattress that to me was uncomfortable. After sleeping in this, he loves it. This came very quick and fit great for his frame. It is the list comfortable futon mattress I have used.

Although it’s thick and unfolds nicely from its packaging, I can feel the futon frame through it. It says it has encased coils in it, but it feels nothing like my old mattress that had encased coils. My old mattress lasted me 10 years. I’ll be lucky if this one lasts me 2.

I have two other futons that I am very happy with. This one is very difficult to get it to "fold" to accommodate sitting on the frame. May consider returning it if it doesn't conform.
