This is a great futon for its price and it was very easy to assemble. The only issue I had with it was putting the cup holder in the middle as the screws it comes with aren't exactly long enough for it to nicely fit into the middle. It is a simple fix though as I just went to Lowes and got a longer screw for one of the sides and since I have done that, I have not had any issues. The (head rest/arm rest/back) rest does not stay in place and you can move them around wherever which I like because you can place it in a place for wherever it fits your needs best. It is not the most comfortable place to lay on but it works for having guests over for a night or two. I am overall happy with this product and I'd recommend this futon for whoever has a lot of guest over or even to someone who is just looking for a good size futon for their smaller apartment or room. This product is PERFECT for first-timers moving into an apartment or home. I love how easy the product was able to be assembled and how quickly it took place. Perfect for a living room, bedroom, and even salon. The cupholders are the best feature of this product!     • Avoid. Company is a scam. Couch is borderline trash
TL;DR: Couch is not comfortable, small, and built terribly. The seller does not reimburse you for shipping it back and Amazon will not help you. Avoid at all costs. I purchased this couch to try to find something simple for a temporary living arrangement and was very surprised to see how cheaply it was made. Firstly, it was incredibly small and not comfortable at all due to the angle of the back and the thin padding. In addition, the fragile inner structure of the pieces literally made the couch back feel like it was about to snap in half with one person sitting on it (let alone two) from bending (I weigh ~160lbs). I hardly ever return these sorts of things but my roommate and I agreed this was not worth the money. From there, the seller provided me with an unpaid label (which an Amazon worker vouched was paid for), leading me to arrive at a UPS location that would not take the package without paying the shipping costs. Again, Amazon vouched and said the seller would reimburse the costs or Amazon itself would pay me. After multiple chats, emails, and phone calls, the seller has refused to refund me the shipping costs (even though they now have their couch back) and Amazon claims it's not their problem either. After ordering this couch 6 weeks ago, I still have yet to receive any money and am in the process of more aggressive disputes. Unless you're into uncomfortable couches that seemingly fall apart upon sitting and wish to pay return shipping costs, then I suggest you look elsewhere. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I was so excited to put this together. 1 page instructions and came with everything I need. I got to the middle piece with the cup holder and... It doesn't fit. It doesn't reach the other slide piece to secure it. So it ends up being like a car. You know how usually the middle goes with one side of the seat when you fold it down? Yeah like that. Beautiful material and design otherwise. I'm just terrified if I put the cupholder up someone is gonna sit and lean back and break that middle piece off. It's shorter than the photo appeared. Very low to the ground but it's a fouton so guess I should have known. The pillows I thought would attach somehow for some reason but they are loose and take up more space on the sides than the photo makes it look. They are also pretty flat so not good for resting arms (which I should have known from the photos they are more for the laying down and using as an actual pillow maybe). Took a minute to find them they were inside the zippers underneath along with the middle piece. Overall it took about 30 minutes to put together and was VERY simple. I did it alone. Tipped the box upside down to get it out. Came folded. Just had to add legs and accessories which was awesome. It's pretty easy to move around. Not too heavy. Ugh I would be so happy if that middle piece just fit right. ... show more

Overall it is a very nice little futon. I love the faux leather, the chrome legs, the fact that there are legs that attach mid-sofa to minimize breaking, and the cup holders are a really nice touch. Yup I enjoy this product and recommend it especially for the price point

Comfortable for sitting but not for lounging in a prone position. You're going to need your own pillows for that. The tiny pillows gives little support. Good for decoration, though. Buy yourself a cover to go over it. It brings variety to it

Very easy setup, unfortunately during setup the material wore off in some corners. Not happy about that. It is really cheap, so I am not surprised. The other issue is it’s super low and hard to get in and out of. Overall for the money it’s decent looking, and better than expected. Not going to use in my waiting room because of the ridiculously small size. Only buy if you’re a cheapskate like me! ... show more
