Available in 100, 130, 150 and 200 lbs. models. Measures 16" x 48". Available in soft fill only. A Heavy Bag Chain and Swivel are included. The base weight of the 200 lb. heavy bag is approximately 140 lbs. The heavy bag contains an internal, plastic cylinder in the center. The heavy bag's finished weight can be customized anywhere between 140 and 200 lbs. by simply unzipping the top of the bag and adding the desired amount of sand to the inside of the cylinder. I refunded the punching bag because it was too heavy for me and I had no idea where I was going to hang a 300lb punching bag. There is no way that would go well with my 70s made house. I know there is alternatives like floor hangers, but it takes a lot of searching to find a hanger that will hold 300lbs. I got the 130lb bag and it is nice. Be sure you have a good solid mount for it. Should last you many years with its solid construction. I hung by adding a 2x6 brace up between the ceiling joists in the attic and then mounted with metal bracket/d-ring and a heavy spring sold by title. You can hit it hard and the spring absorbs all the vibration/noise. It is nice. I also bought a canvas tarp at home depot and paint market to put the Cus D'Amato willie bag numbers on the bag for training combos. Great buy and am very happy with it! Other than the box arriving very beat up because of all the handling and it's weight, the bag survived and is already mounted and being used daily. I would recommend a helper installing it as it's very heavy. I found if I could lift it to a work table under the mount, then rotate it up to connect to the chains and joist mount it was much easier to install. I would also recommend getting a heavy spring to absorb impacts and vibrations traveling to the mount and your ceiling or wall. Listen, this thing is HEAVY heavy! Bag came early which was even better for the surprise I had planned. We opened the the top and there is a cylinder inside to fill with sand to make the bag heavier if you want. My bf loves it! He use to train a few years ago and now to have his own to get back into what he loves just warms my wittle heart so much lol. All jokes aside, I don’t know about boxing or the good stuff and not so good stuff, but I got his approval that I did excellent with what I picked out. Can be hung on the wall or the ceiling and I’d def recommend getting a spring to help distribute the weight so I’m glad I decided to get one of those as well. Very happy with this purchase. Great, high quality, leather bag. I did quite a bit of research before I bought this bag, and for the price I'd say it's the best value out there - especially for an all leather bag. I expect this to last my lifetime. I purchased the 200lb bag, and it weighed in about 130 lbs. I found that to be heavy enough, and do not expect that I'll be filling the center tube with sand to make it heavier. But, I always have that option. The bag is filled with densely packed cloth and there are no hard spots. The bag ships with the chains and swivel, so there is no need to purchase those separately. I did hang my bag from my garage ceiling rafters using 3 Everlast Wood Beam Heavy Bag Hangers and 3 Ringside Heavy Duty Bag Springs that you can purchase on Amazon. I got the idea from a forum post in forums.sherdog.com/threads/best-way-to-hang-a-thai-bag-in-garage-townhome.1203700/. A post in there describes hanging the bag from 3 ceiling mounts in an equilateral triangle shape that distributes the weight between 3 rafters. I did kind of a modified version of this and it works great. No issues with the ceiling handling the weight and pounding I'm giving this bag. ... show more
