If you’re serious about exercising and above the age of 10, then this isn’t for you. It’s a play toy. I’ve already ripped the ring off the small “heavy bag” with a medium kick. The speed bag is wobbly af and slow because it cannot sustain an adult hit rebound. It rebounds like a Fatigued fat lady. Not good for learning or exercising. I now got a wall mounted steel speed bag and solid wood that works professionally. And will look for a real heavy bag later. This thing is a joke, Waste of money, and at best for show only. Maybe something for toddlers to screw around with. ... show more

Confusing to put together but you can figure it out if you organize the nuts and bolts per the instructions to make less confusing. Speed bag bladder popped at first punch and the air pump is useless since no needle to insert into bag. But the weight bag was decent. Need to get weights to stabilize if adult is using. ... show more

The items came faster than expected. Great for the price. You cannot beat the price I am having fun with this! Can take a beating. The only issue is the stand is a little noisy and wobbly but maybe that is how all stands are, never owned a stand before. The instructions for the stand are a little confusing but we still figured it out. The punching bag is very good quality. We received the stand, stuffed punching bag and a mini inflatable bag. Also came with a air pump but there was no needle to insert the air so basically the air pump is not worth much. ... show more

When I opened the box everything was in order. I noticed that tools were provided to do the job. The instructions were easy to follow,and putting the pieces together was a sinch. The holes that you put the bolts through lined up perfectly. I could not be more pleased with the product.
