It was exactly what I was looking for. I just got into ring turning as a hobby and I was getting tired of the flat top, beveled edge blanks everyone else sells. I don't really like double channels either so this was a blessing. Although my handy work could be better, the project came out well enough that I replaced my wedding ring with what I made using the domed tungsten blank. I will say, I've bought a couple different blanks at this point from this page and this one fits more snugly than some of their other options so maybe buy a half size bigger than usual. I've been wearing it for about two weeks now and there's not a scratch on it and it's as shiny as the moment I finished polishing. Be sure to use a good ca adhesive, though. ... show more

Ordered a size 9 and a 8.5. They were exactly the same. Keeping one. Returning the other for bigger size. It's a pretty nice ring. Decent quality.

This is the first time I've ever done anything like this. I put in a 2 part epoxy inlay. After the curing I used Testers wet sanding paper of different grits by hand. Some portions of the black ceramic look a bit lighter but it still feels smooth. I polished it with car wax. The ring has been through daily showers, dish washing, and obsessive hand washing and it still looks great a few months later. Size was correct, real pink ceramic, not coated or my Dremel would have destroyed the finish. Bought 4 or 5 rings from wapiti and so far so good!
