As an avid enthusiast of electric scooters, I was thrilled to get my hands on this product. However, my excitement quickly turned to frustration due to persistent issues with its functionality. While the scooter promises hours of fun, the reality is far from it. On numerous occasions, I've encountered difficulties turning it on, dampening my enthusiasm for spontaneous rides. Despite reaching out to the seller for assistance, the process of resolving these issues has been nothing short of exasperating. Although I commend the seller for their prompt responses to emails, their approach to problem-solving leaves much to be desired. Rather than offering practical solutions or promptly replacing the faulty battery, they employ evasive tactics. The seller's insistence on receiving multiple videos showcasing the problem is not only tedious but ultimately futile. Despite complying with their requests, the issue remains unresolved, leaving me with a scooter that only turn on if it wants too and a sense of disappointment. In light of my experience, I strongly advise potential buyers to steer clear of from buying this product from the seller or any seller associated with it. The subpar quality of the product coupled with the seller's lackluster customer service make it a purchase best avoided. Awesome scooter! Battery last much longer than what I have expected. And it is easy to assemble. Enjoying this every time I ride. Please read the manual once before using it. Lots of options to set with buttons. Bluetooth connection was easy too.

Easier to assemble than to unpack...lol. Directions in Chinese English but clear enough with pictures. First ride to test went great. Easy, smooth acceleration. Needed to adjust handle and brake angles and the set screws were extremely tight. Plenty of power to get this 215 pounds up a very steep (like 20% grade) with ease...accelerating actually. Suspension handles my weight beautifully. At 6-2 the handlebars are plenty high for stand up comfort. Already noted the rear footrest a bit annoying because of the seat post receiver...but that is minor. Note: long time e-scooter rider, 70 years old, dc voltage and applications specialist... retirement gig of sorts. Experienced with mid and hub motors, brushed and bldc, yada yada yada. I will update and if five stars are earned, I will so note with changes. 12/30/23 update. I am sticking to 4 stars plus but not quite 5. That seatpost socket is just annoying and I will be cutting off offending sections. I find the deck too short to get good forward and back balance for stop and go by about two inches(?). Off road...wow...suspension is pretty amazing, good balance and steering. I would like the power to come on a bit faster...I really have to push into the throttle for the power surge when I need it. Personal preference to have a twist throttle so bias might be a factor. The extra inch in tire/wheel size does make a difference but it would be even more fun if the tires were fatter as well. Now 71 and need to add that the bluetooth ap is subject to disconnecting so I do not use it. Scooter still strong though. ... show more

I bought this scooter about five months ago and it worked as described and was a good purchase however when something happened with the wheel and I bought another to replace it the wheel never showed up and never even made it to UPS after a month. When talking with the company they weren't very helpful. Overall good product however if something is needed it's hard when this is the only company you can buy it from. ... show more

I'm having nothing but fun on my scooter the thing flies at a whooping 30+ mph kinda scary so I play it safe about 20 mph the battery is lasting me 3hrs roughly about 45 miles give or take the build is super solid not flimsy off road tires give that extra grip off road doesn't dig into rocks loose dirt having a ton of fun ... show more

It rides great. It is long and heavy and turns tight, so it's a little hard to maneuver on and off my apartment building elevator, but I am completely satisfied with this scooter. [Update 04/30/24--I weigh about 170 fully clothed with a light backpack, and with a decent tailwind I have gotten this scooter up to 37 mph.
