This saved me when installing a new thermostat. I was able to get two of the three bolts out but the third one got rounded off. This set allowed me to get the third bolt out with ease. They’re well built, easy to use, and the cost is nothing compared to what a garage would charge you.

Previous owner must’ve used a vice grip or something to remove drain bolt from oil pan, it was impossible to get off. Originally a 13mm but it was missing enough material where the 13mm bolt remover would not work. Once I dropped down a size and hammered on a 12mm bolt remover, the drain plug finally broke loose. I’m not sure if the bolt remover itself will last through many uses, I can see the material itself chipping away, but will report back as I use the set. ... show more

Purchased a while back to try and remove an automotive bolt but it was too big. Finally brought it back out again years later since I was repairing my washing machine. The bolt seized and I stripped it. I used this as last effort and it actually grabbed the bolt and undid it! I'm super happy
