  • Works great around our chicken coop
Style: Fly Trap
Even though we thoroughly clean our chicken coop every day, there are still flies around, additional from neighbors having animals and chickens on all sides of us in our semi-rural area. These traps do produce a strong, foul odor of their own so couldn't put them by any home window or door, but work like Super Traps! They fill with flies immediately, water is easy to add when evaporated, and easy to dispose of. I place one near our garden also to keep flies away from our veggies and fruits, also work great. A good money savings when buying in multiples as this offering. Fair price, fast shipping. Recommended. ... show more

  • Works well
Style: Fly Trap
The bag fills quickly with flies. The odor is very strong so placement is important. Be sure to follow directions and place away from area you dont want flies, it will draw them to the bag.

  • Great value
Style: Fly Trap
We love this product and use them all the time. Don’t place them in an area you will be sitting all the time as they do smell. They work amazing and attract the flies away from you. This is a great value for the quantity.

  • Incredible product!
Style: Fly Trap
Wow! Where have you been all my life? This is without doubt the best 'gadget' I have ever purchased. It works far better than I could have ever imagined. It has been hanging in my backyard for two days and there must be hundreds of dead flies inside. I do not live in a particularly buggy area, so I was astonished at how productive this product is in the fly killing department. It attracts a variety of different flies. Easy to assemble and use. I love my electronic bug zapper, but this works far better, and without the electrical zapping noise. ... show more

  • They work! But the smell is bad!
Style: Fly Trap
Bottom line is that these work great! They caught so many flies. However, the smell is so strong that made the backyard stink and we avoided it. Also, not sure if we had more flies because the smell was so strong we were attracting them from all over, or if that’s just how many we had around. Nonetheless, the did work but keep the smell in mind. ... show more

  • They work!
Style: Fly Trap
These things do exactly what they promise, BUT be forewarned, do not sit down wind of them. They smell HORRIBLE, but then, otherwise, the flies would not be lured inside. The flies clamor to get in but then, they can't get out. I live in Central Texas and I love sitting out on our huge deck. However, it is definitely not that enjoyable with flies attacking you constantly. This solves the problem very well. I just ordered 12 more because I don't want to run out. ... show more

  • These work!
Style: Fly Trap
I like to enjoy outdoor activities around the house and flies can be a real bother. I started using these about two years ago, initially by my trash can at first, and across the property later on. They are an excellent strategy for reducing flies around your house. It's simple: cut the top of the bag open along the dotted line (knife or scissors), pull open the top plug, fill with water to the indicator line and hang it up. Within an hour you will be catching flies! They go in and don't come out. Depending on the activity, you will see the bag fill up (yes, it is a little gross). When full, take it down (I use exam gloves) and close the top (push it down) and I double bag it with a shopping bag and into the trash. The trap does give off a fowl oder, so hang them a several feet away from where you like to be outside and you will not smell it. Last summer I went to my local hardware store to pick some up and there were out. I tried another nationally recognized pest brand trap (same exact concept but apparently different bait inside). I hung one rescue and one of the other brands up and the difference was night and day. The rescue trap was actively catching flies and the other brand had not activity at all. I started ordering these on Amazon because they always run out of stock at my local hardware store in the summer. Put up a couple and see for yourself, you will wish you had found these babies years ago! ... show more

  • These work
Style: Fly Trap
Have horses. These are quick easy to use and dispose of. Follow directions. Start putting these out in early Spring when flies are first noticed. Place near areas where the horses prefer to deposit manure in pastures and not near where they congregate and stand. Traps are stinky so I consider that when choosing a location. I add water if they need after a few weeks. These really help keep fly populations in check in a most economical way. ... show more
