    • Remote works fine, but won't start car unless in the console.
Had a locksmith program for our 2022 Edge. Remote functions work fine, will set of alarm from 100 feet. But in my pocket (or even the cupholder) I get "NO KEY DETECTED." If I place the fob in the programming receptacle in the console (where the car will start even when the fob battery is dead) the car starts OK. The programming is correct, but the key transmitter isn't strong enough to use normally. ... show more
