Ok, I'll keep this short. I love camping, but I can't sleep if I'm hot. For some years I avoided camping during summer because of the heat, mostly at night. Until I bought this fan. Then everything changed for good. I tried other fans before, battery powered fans that didn't last long or didn't threw enough air for cool my big body. Well, the first time I bought this one I tested it before deciding to keep it and it lasted on the highest setting for about 7 hours or so, which was enough for me for a full night. Thankfully I usually keep it at the medium or low speed and that's enough thanks to the fat blades it has, and it last a couple of nights of battery power. There are other fans out there, probably even sturdier than this one, but this one is the perfect balance between size, power and battery life. You can hang it on your tent and sleep cool all night long. I even use it on my night stand and use it to keep me cool without The Wife getting too cold if I keep the whole A/C on during the night, sometimes I also use it under my desk to keep my legs cool when I work from home, I also carry it when having a barbecue or any outdoor event. So, please buy it, you won't regret it. It even has an integrated light, which I don't usually use but it's good to have around when you wake up at night at the tent. This is the second time I buy it because the first one I bought broke after it fell from my backpack and landed on the concrete, but that other one lasted me for about 3 years or so. I have feral cats on my property. I had built them a home with a walk in green house with windows,they love .Even with the windows and zipper door open it still gets hot in there, most of the time it is in the shade. I use this fan to move around the air in there. For the size of it, it keeps it cooler inside. The light is bright too, and it's very quiet. I love this fan so much, I'm thinking of buying one for my car even though I don't need one. I do recommend it, the price is right ... show more

I looked around my house and found a cord that fit finally. I charged it and went on my camping trip. My plan was to return the darn thing. Who wants to carry an extra cord around to charge just one device??? However, this thing works well so I’ll be keeping her! To the buyers thinking about purchasing this item, WAIT ON A SALE!! I purchased this fan because I travel a lot and stop quite often to rest. I thought it would come in handy to have on those warm days and nights along with my window covers. This fan blows up very well and it surprised me how cool it was. It has three different settings And a lot of times I don’t have to go past level two. The fan is very portable and lightweight and I hold a charge for quite some time especially if you’re not using it on the highest setting but it does take a while to get a full charge. However you can use the fan and charge at the same time. I find myself using the saying even when I’m not at a rest stop. I use it in the hotel as well as at home lol. At times it does make a buzzing noise depending on how you have it sitting on a table but eventually if you keep moving it around you can get rid of the noise mostly. The noise is not all the time. I got this fan for camping in case it gets real hot in the tent and because I am a fan sleeper. It has a sufficient hum and is great for camping!! One charge and it last all weekend long! And then some! After several nights of camping, to my amazement it kept its charge for days after when we’d feel overheated and look for the fan and without fail, the thing kept turning on and bringing relief! The fan is pretty cool, no pun intended. Good lighting, nice and quiet fan on low but the battery will last only one night. I used the light and fan, both on low four about four hours while reading. I then used (or attempted to use) the fan on low for the rest of the night. It quit sometime during the night. I purchased this combination as it was smaller and more portable.
