This is for sure the most comfortable chair I have owned. It has the adjustable lumbar support which is critical for my sewing chair. It also adjusts up and down for my height and has a great foot support like a drafting chair would have. It was easy to assemble, took no time at all. I bought the mint green version of this chair for my craft room and my husband liked how comfortable it was, so I purchased this one for him. Every piece of this chair comes individually wrapped in a box packaged very well. It is fairly easy to assemble (comes with hardware and step by step instructions) and very comfortable to sit on. Chair arrived in perfect condition. It was much easier to assemble than I thought it would be and I was able to upload a video to assist. Rolls easily, goes up and down with no issue and is sturdy. Love that the arms go up! I would give it a 4.5 simply because it needs a little more support in the back for posture. I can add a pillow no issue. Great chair with reasonable price. It is comfortable to sit on and and breathable on the back. The back is adjustable so it can perfectly fit your back. The ring thing in the bottom of the chair that you can put your feet on really relax the feet. This chair is so far my favorite.

It is a nice enough chair, but not suitable for my needs. It was easy to assemble by myself even with arthritis in the thumb of my dominant right hand. I have a similar chair (the black one in the pic) which I like to use in the kitchen when I have days when I can't stand long periods of time (due to spinal stenosis). That chair is very comfortable, but I always thought it would be better if I had something that allowed me to sit a bit higher so I ordered this chair. It does allow me to sit higher, however, even at the lowest setting my feet don't touch the ground (I'm 5'5") and bone on bone arthritis in both knees makes it uncomfortable to bend the knees back more than to a 90* angle which I would have to do in order for my feet to rest on the ring. Just dangling my feet is not an option as I start sliding off the seat. I will have to send it back. ... show more

I use this chair to assist with kitchen prep because I can't stand for a long time. It's adjusted to the height of our kitchen island and I'm able to do all kinds of tasks while seated. I believe many people are in this situation and would benefit from a chair like this. It's easy to adjust and the height stays where you put it. The wheels work well if you want to move around the room. I didn't think I'd use the arms but I like them. If you don't want the arms, they can be adjusted back out of the way. Just cushioned enough & the lumbar support is great. This chair would be good for anyone who isn't able to stand for long periods of time in a garage, craft room, workshop or kitchen. ... show more
