    • Great LED sign!
I love LED signs. When I was young I had this idea for a LED net that would attach to my rear windshield and let me type out things on a keyboard. I was young, so my plans were a lot of road-rage-inducing messages, but I also thought it would be cool for other things. I didn't get to pursue that; I was no engineer and the internet was far more limited back then. Years later these signs are commonplace, and I finally decided I wanted one. When I saw this one I had to jump. I'll admit, I already own a few of these, but they're the small ones. Neat for displaying little images or animations, but any word longer than a few characters has to scroll, and sentences are very tough to read. I wanted a bigger one, and this one is not only wider but taller as well. Installation is simple: with glass you can pretty much just press the sign against the surface and it will stick. There's double sided tape included if needed. You connect the USB cable to a power source, download the app, and the app will locate the sign. The first time you connect it may need to update the firmware, but this is fast. Once connected the app is pretty easy to get started with. There's a big selection of images and phrases that are pre-loaded, or you can get creative. Entering words are pretty easy, but you can also make your own images and even animations, though the learning curve on the latter is steep at first. This is a really cool sign, and I'm pleased with it. This is an upgrade for my tiny signs and one step closer to my old dream of a full rear windshield sign. I recommend! ... show more

I run a nonprofit youth work program and work with teenagers 13-19. I like to make sure they are informed about all the activities that are going on throughout the week, month and year. I found that LED signs in our passenger van work great for this. I had one that worked okay but really wanted to find another one to try. I came across this Rayhome Double Row Scrolling LED Light Sign for Car, 10.6''x4.7'' Flexible 5V/2A Bluetooth APP Control LED Car Sign Custom Text Message Pattern Programmable LED Display for Car Store on Vine and I had to request it. I can say this is a cool LED sign that is easy to setup and has a great working app. I like how its double row so the letters are really large in the text I have programmed into the sign. I like how well the app works with the sign to make the changes I want right then and there. I like how well it hooks up to my phone for the app through my bluetooth. I like how it’s over 10 inches long and 4.7 inches wide and so is very easy to read anywhere in the van. This Rayhome Double Row Scrolling LED Light Sign wassimple to set up and use. It's very customizable and the colors are bright and vibrant. You could use this sign virtually anywhere. You will have fun coming up with different ideas to display!

The media could not be loaded. This little (10.5" X 4.75") sign is not for broadcasting across any large distances. It is, however, very useful for craft and trade shows where people will walk by a table at fairly close range. This is the purpose I had in mind. In particular, my wife and I work on our rockhounding club’s annual gem and mineral show. We help out in many areas but I thought this sign would be ideal for the club’s Kid’s Corner. It is a place where youngsters can win prizes at various games. This sign will be used to attract attention and provide information, more so than a static sign. In that regard, this LED sign has many desirable features. It has very large font that pretty much fills the sign, scrolling up, down, left, right and even a few other. It has a variety of colors and a bunch a selection called “Colorful” in which the text appears to change colors in a 53 patterns. You can opt for a border (20 different styles), a color border, a border effect (flashing, static, clockwise or counter clockwise rotation), and you get to select the speed of the rotation, or effect. The menu choices seem to be quite intuitive and easy to use. I have to think that somewhere in all of these possibilities there will be several signs that will get attention and provide useful information. The video I included was just off the top of my head and the scrolling speed of the 2nd line needs to be slowed down, but it does show some of the options. I had two other videos to post but the review in Amazon only allows me to upload one video per review. ALSO - WHEN I SHOT THE VIDEO WITH MY CELL PHONE, THE TV WAS ON.
