I ordered the RASTAR 1/12 Radio Controlled Officially Licensed BMW i8 Roadster for indoor play on raining days with the Grandchildren, now we are playing with it in the afternoon when it's 109F too! The Radio Controller has a nice steering wheel that the kids love, the Beamer is the perfect car for indoor play, it's easily controlled and doesn't leave marks on the flooring. We keep the Beamer i8 on the bookshelf when the kids aren't here, it looks just like a scale model in every way! The Car seems like it runs forever between battery changes, I think we are still running the original batteries in the controller. I gave the RASTAR 1/12 Radio Controlled Officially Licensed BMW i8 Roadster a Full Five Stars Across the Board. It is Durable, Fun to Drive, Doesn't Scuff our Floors, Great for Young Children, and Really has that Genuine BMW look to name a few of them. ... show more

This is one great little BMI i8 roadster. It’s great that you’ve got a little steering wheel remote control. I had gotten this for a friends young son for his birthday. The box that comes in is very giftgiving. When he unwrapped it, he was just so excited. It does take quite a few batteries, but once we got them in, he got to drive in that thing with his little steering wheel remote control. I was pretty impressed that it was moving around pretty quickly as he was controlling it. He was playing with it all day and still the batteries were good. I’ll have to find out how long the batteries last when I talk to them again. It’s a very attractive car and the steering wheel, remote control is quite fun for a child to be driving it like a steering wheel. I think this is a good gift for the price and any child would love to have this and I would highly recommend it. ... show more
