Keeps my swim spa a lot cooler from the sun, big difference in temp. Mechanisms are easy to operate and a lot of positions to choose from. Changing positions as you want as the sun moves can be done by anyone very easily. Down side is I wish it came with a small patch kit as I have a tight space with small trees and bushes and I have already made a 1/2 cut in it so I have to find a patch kit. Nice it has a cover when closed and its very easy to install and remove by anyone. ... show more

The product was purchased in 2023 and is a great addition to my patio all summer. Unfortunately when I opened the umbrella again this spring 2024 the fabric ripped along the seams in two locations. I contacted purpleleaf and the customer service is beyond amazing. Within 24 hours they stood by their product and rectified the situation. With a few a pictures and a few questions they understood the issue and will be sending me a new canopy. Not only is the product great but the service is top notch. Mine came, put together for another $125 After price of umbrella & price for base, over $1000. Doesn't work properly won't stay in locked position. Getting help from Amazon was rude & no help & manufacturer No help!! Be careful when purchasing one
