These multivitiamins are amazing. I feel much more energized when I take them and I find I am able to get a lot more done without feeling fatigued or like I need to nap. With that being said, they smell. So bad. I have to hold my breath when I take these and even then, I can still smell them. The smell alone will make me gag, so it's a fight trying to take them, but it's so worth it. The smell will also linger, so you'll continue to taste it well after you've already taken it.     • Mostly perfect - EDIT: WAY TOO MUCH BIOTIN & CHROMIUM

*Edit: Removed a star because I had to stop using it due to the high biotin level. It was driving my scalp crazy. Almost got through the whole bottle. The high chromium content was making me very hungry a lot more and my blood sugar drop uncomfortably, but the biotin scalp itchiness was the last straw.* I love that this has *almost* all the forms of things I've been looking for and it's nearly perfect. Not enough to lose any stars, it's an amazing product. The only things I would adjust are: 1) Lower the chromium level a little bit. It's a bit excessive. 2) Lower the biotin level a lot. That's way too much biotin. It's going straight to my scalp and dandruff. 3) Include MK4 form of Vitamin K². PRO-TIP ON THE SMELL: For anyone who has gotten this far, I realize that the supplement stinks/tastes foul. I have found that keeping it refrigerated and only taking the pill out of the container when you're standing at the fridge and immediately swallowing it with water (or your beverage of choice) helps a bit. Pros: - Great quality brand - High purity expected, as the brand is well known as one of the top 2 brands for vitamin supplements (along with Thorne Research) - Vitamin K as MK7 for bone health and joint pain, great addition to a multivitamin - Lutein and Zeaxanthin is great to have in a multivitamin, and the dosages are safe for general use - Boron included - Bioactive forms of all B-Vitamins - Higher dosage of Folate (B9) in the Methyl form than all other multivitamins, making this an ideal choice for those with MTHFR issues (may combine with MethylAssist or MethylGuard Plus) - Multiple forms of B12 included, which is great... as some people may have less bioavaliability for certain forms of B12, thus having multiple forms helps ensure absorption Cons: - 60 day regimen only - Cost is a bit high, as a result, although that is the norm for high quality multivitamins - Taste can be a bit unsavory compared to the less potent and lower quality brands like Centrum ... show more

My body’s reaction definitely isn’t going to be everybody’s reaction, but these vitamins made me dizzy and nauseous, and the final straw was eventually vomiting. At first I thought perhaps my body just needed a few days to get used to a new regimen, but it only got worse each day. Beyond the way they made me feel (unpleasant to say the least), the smell is worse than I could have possibly imagined. I read other peoples comments, saying that the smell was really bad and honestly thought it was an exaggeration. It was not. The smell permeates my double walled pill case. It makes me breath smell like the pill. I literally gag every time I smell it. Is this why they made me throw up? Who knows. But they are not for me. ... show more
