worked great for a couple months then the timer quit working I switched from shirt mode to do one coffee cup and trying to switch back to shirt press it continues to give error of something unhooked it just beeps and beeps. not worth the money nothing but a paperweight now. only returnable for one month unless this is something you are using everyday to see if it holds up avoid purchase. ... show more

I gave this 4 stars because my heat press came a bit messed up from the front where the buttons are. It was not properly put right in there had to use a rubber mallet lightly to pop it in there. Sticks out from the bottom where the buttons are. Heating element does just fine. No issues there yet. Will update if anything changes. ... show more

I STARTED MAKING SHIRTS 3 YEARS AGO WHEN I GOT THIS. I DIDNT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HEAT PRESSES SO I GOT A CHEAP ONE JUST TO START. AFTER WORKING OUT OF MY HOUSE 2 YEARS LATER I OPENED A BRICK AND MORTER. I WAS MAKING ABOUT 10-15 SHIRTS A DAY IN STORE 5 DAYS A WEEK. ONE YEAR LATER THE HANDLE BROKE AND THE FUSE WENT OUT. I COULDNT FIGURE OUT THE REPLACEMENT PARTS BECAUSE ITS CHINESE MADE. I UPGRADED TO A SIGNATURE PRO SERIES. The media could not be loaded. Instructions were in Chinese which is unacceptable to ship to the USA. My daughter has not been able to use this machine since she received it as a gift

I set mine up in the basement. I kept the box to put over it to keep it dust free when not in use. Even temperature, checked with a lazer thermometer. Springs put even pressure. Heats up relatively fast. I've made t-shirts and a hat.
