I waited until I used this daily for a full 6 months to write this review. Not a single problem. Works very well. Totally reliable and dependable. Before I got this, I had a Golden Scooter, same size, and had so many service calls I eventually got a new one. Same story on the second Golden. So glad I switched to Pride Go-Go. Arrived quickly, little bit of assembly, no problem. Runs well and dependably. Carefully look at the dimensions, turning radius, and ground clearance to see if it will work for you. All these dimensions are available. I called customer service at this company and was told this scooter is not recommended for use in a home, since it does not have a very tight turning radius. (It can't turn the same tight corners an electric wheelchair can). My home was built in the 40's and is not ADA compliant. The interior door widths vary from 28.5" to just 26.75" wide. The main hallway is only 36" wide. As a result, I have some limitations to the way I drive the scooter in and out of some rooms in my house. For example, I have one doorway I can only get into by making a right angle. So I have to approach that door with the door on my right side.(That requires that I turn around in another room if I am coming from the opposite way.) I was aware of the limits and that was ok with me. It would work easily if you want to use it in newer homes, apartments, commercial businesses, etc. Or if you use it to help sometimes and you walk in tight spots. Take care to determine if these specification will work where you want to use it. For me it works great and I appreciate how reliable it is. ... show more

While traveling I ended up injured and needing to be able to get around at an equestrian venue. I could take this in the barn areas over some uneven terrain and some dirt areas (not arenas) and had zero issues. The turning radius is outrageously good. Love the turtle speed to rabbit speed option. Love the short handle bars, swivel seat and option to put on the arm rests or leave them off. Super product and great value for the money. ... show more

I am very happy that I bought this scooter! The version with three wheels is very maneuverable when turning. If the scooter is shipped to other countries, there are problems with the battery. I had to leave the battery in the US. I ordered the scooter to Kyrgyzstan

Great little chair. Been to the hospital to the grocery store. Moves right along. Came in one big box to front door. Hubby took it out plugged in battery to charge in about 4 hours and ready to go. I want to rate this - when I get it put together! That service should be offered to the buyer. When I got my recliner - I also paid for someone who came on delivery day to put it together. Well worth the money. I rented the Pride GoGo traveller Elite and Ioved it. I am more active and feel great 'cruising' along the Potomac....I will do that when MY GoGo is ready. My wife has used this scooter for years! This is her third one. They’d usually lasted about 4 years! Before we’d bought them locally her in California. This price was about $300 less than what we’ve paid in the past! 🎉🎉
