I actually was very disappointed in this Power Plate. According to the product description detail, there should be a low and high speed. There is only a low at 30mhz. It does not go to 40 or 50 on the high. The speed is the same. Product was not sold as disclosed. Disappointed in how it compares to my My 5. That you all sent a flyer out to my 89 year old father who is constantly barraged by scams. He purchased this item, which is heavy and had to be bolted to his bedroom floor when installed. My athletic son tried it. I was there. The entire house vibrated. My elderly father, who can no longer read directions, tried it for a second or two. He told me it "shook the hell out of me." I hope you all are not looking for old folks who can more easily get suckered in to scams. For him, this was an unfortunate outlay of $2400 which has the potential for severe injury. Didn't see any 89 year old in your slick promo shots. Perhaps you should not target that age group any longer in your mailing strategies. ... show more

Unfortunately, it was ruined when the basement flooded. My 95-year-old mother loved it, but she did not stand on it. She placed one foot on the machine at a time then she put both hands on the machine and sat against it. Great for her circulation.
