I was pleasantly surprised after getting the hoop all set up. For the price, it is really good quality! Building it took around a half hour which isn’t bad at all. My main goal when searching for a hoop was for it to go short enough for younger kids and this thing is perfect for that. The hoop goes down to about 4ft tall so even toddlers can use it. One of the pieces did have a slight defect on it and I reached out directly to the company and their customer service was top notch, they sent out the replacement part immediately. One thing I do recommend after you build it is to fill the base with water if you plan on moving the hoop frequently, but go with filling with sand if you plan on it staying in one place. Bought this for my 7 year old granddaughter as she is into basketball now thanks to Caitlin Clark. It is a smaller size than a regulation basketball hoop but perfect for a 7 year old and can be height adjusted. It was realtively easy to put together. It took my daughter and I about 40 minutes with the tools provided. I was very impressed with the quality and sturdiness, but it's not intended for grown men playing a pick up game and dunking the ball. Once I set all the pieces out, it was rather easy to put together. The base needs to be filled with sand or water (if outside, put a little antifreeze in it with water to keep from freezing in the winter) and the goal is super stable. Easy adjust for different heights. Great buy.

Contacted seller, response was very quick & they shipped the missing piece to my home within 3 days. 2nd, it was assembled & used within 44 minutes 3rd, is it meant to last until my kid ( 8yo) is in college? No Will she ever play a sport in college? No. That's the point. I found an item for less than $100 with good customer service which will allow me to spend quality time with my kid. Basketball hoop is great and love that it is adjustable as my grandbaby grows. Had an issue with one of the poles and contacted company. They responded quickly and said she would send new pole right out. Sent me UPS tracking number and received part in 4 days.
