We ordered this before Christmas for my boys and they have been loving the goal and using it daily. It's easy to adjust and seems durable and appears to be a wonderful basketball goal. Also, we did call customer service when we thought there was a crack in the board. They were able to help us realize that it was an extra layer of protective film that still needed to be removed and that we didn't have a crack after all. I’ve been using the basketball hoop for a while now, and I like its design and functionality. It has a professional appearance that stands out compared to other hoops I’ve used in the past. One of the best features is the adjustable height mechanism. It gives me the freedom to easily switch the height depending on who's playing or what kind of workout I want. Whether it's for a friendly game or for practicing at different levels, the height adjustment is smooth. As for the build quality, it’s solid. The materials feel durable, and I haven't seen any issues so far. The backboard has a good bounce. The only thing I think it can improve is the base as it is a bit light.
