Very easy to put together. It did come with the 30 and 40lb bands and very easy to work with as it came with some exercise instructions as well. The only part that was confusing was letting some of the tension out of the bar.

When I used this for the first time it happened to be core day. I didn’t feel like I was working out. After about 45 min workout I put it away and just figured at least I did some movement for my body that day and I’ll go harder next core day. Holy smokes the next day when I woke up my stomach was so sore. I thought wow. I tried it again that same day but for legs, again the following day I woke up sore. I definitely underestimated this product. It is very lightweight but durable. Has many options in the positions to use that you want to work out. I’m not a big wide person- that bar is not as wide/long as the picture looks. Just saying -we are talking 3feet. That’s a yard stick…it makes it to where you bend your arms in a way that makes it completely uncomfortable on both arms and neck.. when you have bungee straps and need to be in a certain posture it makes it impossible- so squats are out.
