Pros: basic fan with 3 speeds, oscillates and tilts. No frills Quiet Moves a lot of air. Mine pushes air 12-14 ft Doesn’t tip on my low pile carpet. Can take apart grills to dust/clean Good price Doesn’t tip over Cons: Assembly instructions unclear. Used a YouTube video for Pelonis standing fan. Then it was fast and easy. Only need a screw driver to tighten fan when connecting to base Needs longer chord. It’s about 6 feet and bc it attaches to top of fan it doesn’t reach far A lot but not all plastic. Not sure of long term durability No remote If wanting to tilt head often, perhaps this isn’t sturdy enough. Moving up and down is stiff and the fan head is plastic. ... show more

I purchased this fan because it was so hot this summer the AC just was not enough. I got this fan about three days after ordering it. It took me about five minutes to put together after reading the directions. I placed this by me side for more air to get through the house. It works wonderful and you should have one of these wonderful fans. They are tough and silent but throw cooler air around the room very easy. I would recommend it to anybody that needs to move air around. It would be wonderful to blow heated air around the house as well when it is cold out. Or in the heat of summer to throw cooler air around. You need one of these fans to get the job done. You will not be sorry just cooler in the heat of summer and feel heated air when it is cold out. Building it was as easy as expected. It's quiet, but I would expect that given how little it moves the air. Save your money, this is a waste. We used it for one night before giving up and ordering a new one!
