I was very happy with this product the first time I used it. However, the blades do not spin no matter what I try. All of the button lights/sounds work as well as the oscillating base, BUT the most important part of the fan does not work anymore— the FAN. I’ve tried spinning it myself to get it to start, took off the back plate to see it there was any hair or obstructions, nothing works. Paying around $60 for a fan that works once is insane. Very disappointed, will not buy from this brand again if the parts are this crappy that they break after one 8 hour cycle!!! Spend your money somewhere else!!! ... show more
