Bought this fan to replace one that is no longer on the market. The one I owned previously had a remote which I had gotten used to so that was a selling point here. The remote is a bit pesky with where you point it in order to work but nothing too bothersome. However, you can not control the oscillation with the remote, only the power, speed and timer. Good enough for me because I don’t really use oscillation anyways. The huge plus is this fan is POWERFUL!! I have to have a fan on at night and I never have to go above level one with this one. (My old one I cranked to full power every night). Incredible amount of wind flow with a comparably low noise level. I’ve had it for about a month now. Seems pretty sturdy. Powerful fan. Nice to have remote. Easy to assemble. A little loud, however I like the white noise. I bought it to replace a similar one. But even on lowest setting I had to move it back about 3’. Because it was blowing my bedding off! So far so great. 2 weeks in.

If you are looking for a pedestal fan that packs a gusty punch, look no further than this one! Pros: Unassuming aesthetic. It's a pedestal fan through and through. Remote control. Ease of use. Timer function - great for warmer evenings that will cool down overnight. Subtle red led lights. Much better than blue lights and do not distract at night. Powerful - even the lowest setting on this fan blows much more air than any fan I've ever owned. It packs a punch. Cons: Powerful - almost too much? Low setting is not a subtle breeze, so if you want a small amount of air flow, be cognizant this fan spins fast by default. Noise - because the lowest setting is (in my opinion) higher than average, so is the noise. It didn't bother me as I prefer ambient noise at night, but this may bother some sensitive sleepers if using at night. Overall a great fan for the money and will keep your space cool during warmer temps, especially if you are without A/C. Secure loose papers if this is set on high - they will fly away with a quickness! ... show more

Love it because it's quiet, easily adjusted, & well built/sturdy. I’ve had cheaper Walmart type fans, but they were very rickety, didn’t hold the position well after adjusting. This fan is VERY well made & also LOVE the remote control!
