Does not come with ANY assembly instructions but my 13 yr old child was able to figure it out easily. Very stable, only some slight movement during use, which should be expected based on size and long “neck.” Doesn’t cause any issues. Comfortable pedals and hand grips. Easy to adjust resistance. I do wish the “neck” had an angle or something, since my arms are clearly not as long as my legs and to be comfortable for my arms my legs have to be bent more than I would normally do on a bike. Not that big of a deal, though. I use this in a lift recliner with my leg wedge cushion behind my back and it is perfect. Has been a huge help while dealing with increased issues from disability and will be after upcoming surgeries as well I’m sure. Really a lot of bang for the buck. ... show more

Feels a little unsteady and to screw in the parts you have hold one end to make sure its tighten very comfortable to use while in your cozy chair any type chair very useful for older folks so they have excerise and watch tv as they pedal or use rowing handle bars

It was easy to assemble, although it squeaked very badly and I had to apply WD-40. The idea of this contraption is great, but this particular model doesn't live up to the idea. The knobs for adjusting the resistance simply twist bolts deeper into the spinning bars, which will inevitably cause them to wear out. Magnetic resistance would be far more practical. Also, tightening the knobs on this model hardly affected the resistance at all. For someone who can barely move without strain, this might be a start, but for someone who can move yet needs something moderately easy before upgrading to more intense exercises, it's functionally useless. ... show more
