This is a nice treadmill for my apartment for the winter time to try to stay in shape. It was heavy in the box but I managed to get up and in by myself. If you're not in great shape it will be tougher. It was fairly simple to figure out as it's already put together folded up it just needed a few adjustments. It's a little confusing to me every time I try to fold it/unfold it so I've just left it as is. It's pretty quiet and is good for walking- I didn't try sprinting because I have neighbors. Wanted a treadmill for awhile and got this one. It needed some quick assembly, it's light you can easily move it and smaller then gym type of treadmills, which saves some space. It measures heartrate, calories, distance, you can change speed on the right handle and stop/start it on the left one. You can set an incline and fold it for storage. Pretty easy to put together. It took my boyfriend like 30 minutes to get it all set up and ready to go. It was packaged well but it did has some dents in the frame and a scratch mark. Not sure if that happened during shipping or before hand but it did get shipped all the way to Hawaii so it’s definitely possible it happened then. It doesn’t fold up all the way flush but it folds enough to get it out of the way when it’s not being used. The underneath bar has a spot where you push on it and then it drops down with a hydraulic. Comes in a heavy big box, took me 25 min to put everything together, pretty easy.
