Long story, but less expensive chairs started hurting my back. So I decided to buy a big one with high back. I've used it twice now. The back pain is gone and the chair is comfortable. I didn't need extra weight coverage, but it's nice to have. Very sturdy chair! The down sides are it is heavy and it's a pain to get back in the bag. Not something you'd want to take on a hiking trip. I doubt I'll put it back in the bag ever again. I would suggest the maker add a clip to hold the chair folded. I but a new chair every couple of years usually. Folding bag chairs just start to wear down after a couple years. This chair lasted 1 party. My daughters graduation party where I ended up on the ground. I weigh 205 pounds and in 6'3" so I am not a little guy but the chair stated heavy duty up to 300 pounds. After about 2 hours the bracket snapped. I went to stand up and it just collapsed completely and I was on the ground! Now they want me to box it up to return it? Where do i get a box this big? I think a picture should be proof enough that its broken!! Lol Update After posting my original review the seller contacted me and shipped me out a new one. I explained what happened and that i could not ship it back as i didn't have the box anymore. He was very nice and accomodating. He shipped me out a new cgair without having to return the broken one once i provided pictures of the damaged chair. Honestly i have only used it s couple of times since receiving the new one but it seems to be holding up great! Great customer service and things happen in production. Sometimes you just get a bad run in production so I totally understand. I would like to change my recommendation to 5 star mainly due to the excellent customer service but the quality seems to be there also. So 5 stars across the board for this chair! Thank you Mr seller for taking care of your customer...Kudos to your company and making a good quality product! This chair is a good size and seems sturdy, but it's no more comfortable than any other lawn chair. For the price, I would love to have had some sturdier armrests. When you are sitting in the seat, there is plastic around the holes that the metal comes through and this rubs the sides/backs of my thighs when wearing shorts. It can get pretty uncomfortable so that's why the 3 stars. I really expected more comfort for the price. ... show more
