This was our second fire table purchase, the first one was just a bit too large for our space. This was a “second choice” but we are very happy we have it now! There was virtually no assembly required, so that was a real plus. The controls on this unit are great - the electronic ignition clicks continually, unlike the first purchase which just clicked once, so getting it to light is a breeze. The glass wind shield rests on secured brackets so there very little chance it can be knocked off the table accidentally. It fits into our space perfectly and gives off just the right amount of heat for our screened patio. So glad we decided to see if there was another option that would work better for us.     • Nice looking, fits great on our deck, provides a nice amount of flame
We have a small area on our deck and this at 24" across is a good size for us. The base looks enough like real rock and the table top is tile, which we like better than metal or wicker. We were not looking for heat capacity as we live in DC and only use the deck in good weather, but on a cool evening it would provide enough warmth for us. Mainly it's nice to gaze at while hanging out on the deck. The canvas-like cover fits well and is attractive. The only thing I'd change is to put rolling feet on it so we could roll it into a corner when not using it. We put it on a plant-stand with roller feet and it does the job. ... show more

This is the perfect firepit for my newly-constructed 12x18 deck. Though smaller profile it emits 40 btu. The fact the assembly was very minimal made my decision easier.
