I used to use a pillow from the brand coop. While it was very comfy, I never felt like I fit right on it. Either my head was too bent up or my shoulders were scrunched. This pillow is great cause it keeps just my head on the pillow and allows my shoulders to relax. Very comfy for side sleeping too. I took away one star just because the button in the middle came undone. I don’t think this affects the pillow, but just not sure how long the fabric will last ... show more

I have two herniated discs in my neck which I get cortisone shots in every 6 months and it has been working up until recently where I am waking up with horrible neck pain, and I'm not due for shots for another few months. It has been so bad, that I decided maybe I need to try a different pillow (because I have trouble sleeping also and wake up frequently). I have tried tons of different pillows in the past including My Pillow (which didn't help), and countless others, some expensive, some inexpensive. I found this one just by chance and read some really positive reviews about it especially for neck injuries, so figured I'd give it a try. My biggest regret is that I didn't look for a pillow a long time ago! On the very first night I actually slept soundly, compared to how I usually sleep - which is awful, but most importantly, woke up with NO neck pain. I couldn't believe it!!! But then I said to myself, it's still early, maybe I should wait a week or so before I give it a review. It's now been over a week and I'm finally sleeping so much better, so much more comfortably, and not waking up with pain being the most important thing. I still have some pain in my neck throughout the day but at least I'm not waking up with it. I'm a side sleeper and wasn't sure how it would be with this pillow, but it's actually the most comfortable pillow I've ever owned, no joke. I've already told a few friends about it who have trouble sleeping. It fits perfectly in a standard pillow protector and pillow case. I love the feel of it and the support on my neck. It has excellent shape retention and the quality seems superior to many other brands. I couldn't be happier with this purchase and just hope it lasts for a long time.     • No more waking up with neck pain

I’ve been dealing with chronic neck pain for a while now due to a previous injury, and it’s been hard to find relief. I’ve tried physical therapy and a variety of treatments, but my sleep was still suffering. Most mornings, I’d wake up with stiffness and discomfort in my neck, which made getting out of bed an ordeal. I realized my pillow might be part of the problem, so I started searching for alternatives. After trying several pillows over the years some memory foam, others more traditional I hadn’t found one that truly made a difference. That is, until I came across this memory foam pillow. I read several glowing reviews about how it’s helped people with neck pain, so I decided to give it a shot, though I wasn’t expecting much. To my surprise, the difference was noticeable from the first night. I slept much more soundly and woke up without the tightness and soreness that had become my norm. After using it consistently for over a week now, I can say that my sleep has improved significantly. While I still experience some discomfort throughout the day, it’s been a huge relief to not wake up in pain anymore. As a back and side sleeper, I wasn’t sure how well this pillow would adapt to my sleep style, but it’s done an excellent job. The memory foam molds to my head and neck perfectly, offering support without being too firm. It also holds its shape well, unlike some other pillows that flatten after a few nights. I really appreciate the quality of the materials it feels durable and well-made, fitting snugly in my pillowcase. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this pillow. It’s been a game changer for my sleep, and I wish I had found it sooner.
