  • This rotary is awesome
I bought this to use with my 5w Sculpfun and 20w Longer. Works fine on both. It is durable and well constructed. Its counts per rotatio. Are about 120 which makes the fine movements of it work great. The kit includes crossover wires to connect to different wiring harnesses.

  • Works great!
I’ve just used it for the first time, tumbler, cylinder objects… works perfect. I’m using this with Scuplfun S9 & lighburn software, very easy to setup. Works as advertised.

  • Well built.
For the OLM3 it's great. AFTER you figure out the correct settings. I had MANY back and forth emails with ORTUR. They were responsive. My biggest complaint is that the instructions are vague and not specific. I ended up making my own test in Lightburn to dial in the settings. Final word. Be prepared to waste many tumblers to dial it in. ... show more

  • Excellent value
Excellent construction and features. I have used it little so far but the results have been great (see picture). I really like the variable angle feature that even allows the chuck to be angled a full 180° opposed to allow for tumblers without removable handles.

  • Really nice chuck rotary for a laser
I really like this chuck attachment. I was going to go with the roller Version but Since I kept seeing chuck was the new way to go I tried it. I'm not disappointed at all. But I also have not lasered a lot of things as I stick to gift engravings. Was easy to set up. The only thing was that the text did come out backwards. But I believe that was a light burn Settings. You learn as you go. Only thing I wish it had was some type of roller support which I will probably be making myself. For very long items. ... show more

  • Not compatible with my laser
I purchased a new Atomstack A10 Pro laser and wanted a jaw rotator. I purchased this because it states in ad, works with most model lasers. I did not work with mine, no matter what I did or what jumper wires, provided by Ortur, I used. I contacted Ortur directly to see if there was something I was doing wrong. If this was an old or out of date laser i had, i could understand, but mine was brand new. Their reply was, they don't guarantee it to work with other models besides Ortur lasers, and sent a link to a video on how to rewire the cable. I sent the Ortur back and ordered an Atomstack rotary. Bottom line is, this is probably a great rotary, as long as it's used with their own laser engravers ... show more

  • Great Alternative To A Roller Unit!
I bought this Ortur chuck Y-Axis unit in addition to my roller unit. The advantage of the chuck opposed to the roller is you can laser cups with handles and other odd shaped objects where the roller is limited. The pivoting 180 degree head on this Ortur chuck unit makes it easy to level the item so your Laser focus is even to the piece. Especially if the item is tapered. The jaws grid really well and the unit is solid and built well. Plus, this will work on just about any diode laser. I’m using it on my Atomstack S20 Pro and it works perfect! If you’re looking for a chuck y-axis unit for your Laser then this one is well worth getting! ... show more

  • Great improvement over the double roller
if you have a hobby diode or co2 laser under 40w this thing is great. it is literally plug and play on my old LM2. I was always losing pieces on the double roller rotary because the object being engraved would slip ever so slightly and ruin the entire image. This device locks onto your object and rotates perfectly. it has great adjustable arms. I have used it for glasses - cups - tumblers even stemware and it does a fine job. ... show more
