Features

  • Our Soft Weave Hammocks are woven from soft, all-weather OLEFIN acrylic fabric that's resistant to staining, and impurities, Duracord Ring knotand with a 1-inch center layer of polyester fiberfill batting, for added comfort.
  • Fabric thread is solution-dyed, so the green color isn't applied afterward through washing or dipping, but goes in during the making of the thread fiber itself, becoming a permanent part of the fiber.
  • The ropes attaching the hanging hardware to the hammock bed are made from DuraCord Rope: Solution-dyed synthetic blend rope that balances the softness of cotton with the durability of polyester. This combination makes the rope All-Weather proof and resistant to rot, mold, and mildew.
  • Hanging hardware, including chains, is zinc-plated steel, for a further boost in strength, and for heightened rust protection, while the grommets for connecting rope to hammock bed are brass-plated rolled-rim steel.

With in first week stitching started to breaking had to resew all by hand with proper thead. had to try and reline all stripes really tough because all the strip bunched up on outside rows of hammock . would be a nice product if they use quality thread. now when lying in hammock holes opens up large enough to stick leg though . 6 months old and very uncomfortable . buyer beware update they warranty the hammock with very quick turn around new hammock is much better product I have been using for months now every day. holding up quiet well . 6 month in on new hammock still holding up very well use 6 to 8 hours a day 7 days a week ... show more

Ive had several hammocks over the years and Pawleys Island were always the best in terms of quality, durability and comfort. Its been a few years so I purchased another one this year. Its still a nice hammock and better than most but you can see the quality has declined.

Keep in mind that this does NOT come with the stand. Luckily I kept the old stand. Replacing an old one. It will stretch out over the course of two years to when you are using the first chain link instead of the last to keep it taut. Very comfortable.

Like it so much that couldn't think of getting another brand or style. Tracked the manufacture down from the metal identifier on the top of the hammock. Love its new material. Feels very breathable.

Very comfortable and attractive. Requires the largest hammock stand (15ft). I would give it 5 stars but the fabric is a little scratchy in bare skin in the summer heat. A beach towel or cotton blanket remedies this if this is a problem for you. It holds me, my husband and our 5 year old twins (totaling 425 lbs). ... show more
