A Big Shout Out to AMAZON! Besides the quality and comfort of this product, Amazon Customer Service is Top Notch! We have suffered through a catastrophic hurricane here in the mountains of Western North Carolina. Lots of damage, and sleeping in recliners is the pits. I ordered 2 nice cots for us to sleep on. Delivery was scheduled for Oct 17th. AMAZON got them delivered to us a WEEK EARLY! Interstate travel is limited through our area, but AMAZON found a way to get them here anyway!!! We bought these for extra sleeping space when the grandkids come down. they seem to like sleeping on them. They seem sturdy and easy to fold out and when done fold back up. the cushion mattress was much thicker and plush than expected.

These are very portable and easy to use. They are also sturdy. Almost too sturdy. The sleeping surface is very firm! Too firm. The cushion that comes with it is sad. Almost nonexistent. I bought a cushion for outdoor furniture to use with ours.

I thought they were going to be flimsy and thin non sturdy but to my surprise they are absolutely well thought hard to open and close but very sturdy and comfortable. Hard to open and close and the fact that the thin mattress doesn't fit in the sack. Holds a heavy person.

The Product Was Good Quality. The problem I had was dealing with the seller "Docred Company" ". The Docred Company Seller never did refund me my money because of poor business with Docred. I'm not telling no one that the product is not good quality but I am letting the customers and people who purchase from the Docred Company to beware of bad customer service from some of the sellers that work there for the Docred Company. Easy to setup and take down. The carry case is nice but the pad doesn’t fit in carry case. Fairly comfortable for camping, better than sleeping on air mattress.
